Regulations for visitors

§ 1 General provisions
1. The Regulations apply to Visitors of the Bielsko-Biała International Power Industry Fair ENERGETAB (hereinafter the Fair) organized by ZIAD BIELSKO-BIAŁA SA with registered offices in Bielsko-Biała at ul. Al. Armii Krajowej 220, postal code 43-316, entered into the National Court Register - District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 6th Economic Department, Registry Section, under KRS number 0000071046, with share capital PLN 31,294,800.00 and into active VAT taxpayers register - NIP 5471639980, hereinafter referred to as ZIAD.
2. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services to Visitors, in particular the conditions of admission and order regulations, which are obligatory for Visitors to the fair at the premises belonging to the ZIAD headquarters, hereinafter also referred to as the venue of the event.
3. The Regulations are available at the ZIAD headquarters, at the service outlets for Fair Visitors (Trade Fair Information), as well as online at www.energetab.pl, in a form that can be downloaded and printed.
4. Entering to the fair constitutes the acceptance of these Regulations by the Visitor, as well as assuming the obligation to comply with their provisions.

§ 2 Admission principles
1. Detailed admission principles are established by ZIAD and announced on the Fair websites and at the service outlets for the Visitors.
2. The detailed admission principles include, among others, information about: dates and times of opening the Fair for Visitors, types of admission documents, and authorizations resulting from the possession of an admission document.
3. Admission to the venue is subject to regulation and sometimes restrictions, due to the nature of the Fair intended mainly for business clients and possibly the obligation to report groups of visitors (school group, trips) in advance.
4. Admission to the Fair venue is free, but it is recommended that the Visitor obtain the "Free Entry Card" issued by hostesses waiting for Visitors in the Fair venue entry or exit areas or at the Fair Information outlets.
5. The Fair may include speeches, workshops, lectures, trainings, etc. - participation in certain accompanying events may require prior registration on the Fair website or obtaining an invitation.
6. Visitors who have registered at the Fair Information outlet (by presenting a business card or completing the registration form) or submitted their intention to visit the Fair online at www.energetab.pl and confirmed their presence at the Fair in the Fair Information outlets, hereinafter referred to as the Professional Visitors, may obtain a Visitor ID.
7. To register as a Professional Visitor online or on the registration form, you need to provide:
a) Name and surname,
b) E-mail, 
c) Company name,
d) Company address (country, code and city, street address),
e) Business sectors,
f) Possibly: position and landline or mobile telephone number.
The Professional Visitor Registration Form needs to be signed by the person completing it.
8. The details to be provided in the registration form should be true and consistent with the current state of affairs.
9. Journalist accreditations will be issued in the Fair Office. Granting of an accreditation is decided by the Organizer or its representative. The decision to grant or reject the accreditation is final and cannot be appealed against .
10. Applications of organized groups (e.g. university students, senior students of secondary technical schools) should be sent by e-mail, in order to obtain acceptance of the date of the group's visit to the Fair. ZIAD reserves the right to refuse to accept, for organizational reasons, the group application on the proposed date and the right to propose a different date of visit.
11. If these Regulations are not observed by the participants of the group, including non-compliance with order regulations, ZIAD may stop the visit of all the group participants of the Fair and prevent the continuation of the visit.

§ 3 Protection of Visitors' data
1. Entering the venue of ENERGETAB 2018, the Visitor agrees to the processing of his/her personal data, including in the form of photographs and video recordings of his/her image.
2. Visitors' data, provided to ZIAD in order to enter the Fair or to participate in conferences/seminars accompanying the Fair, organized by ZIAD, create a database, the controller of which is ZIAD and which can be used by ZIAD for direct or indirect marketing purposes and made available to the organizers of individual events accompanying the Fair.
3. The personal data controller is ZIAD Bielsko-Biała SA.
4. In order to ensure an appropriate level of security of visitors' data, recorded in writing or electronically, ZIAD shall use the organizational and technical means provided for by the applicable legal regulations, protecting data from destruction, theft or other unauthorized use by third parties.
5. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2016, item 922) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also in order to:
- monitor the fair venue to assure the safety of persons and property,
- use photos and recordings from the fair in promotional materials.
6. Contact regarding personal data is possible at the mailing address provided in § 1 point 1 or at e-mail address: dane@ziad.bielsko.pl
7. The controller may provide personal data listed in par. 1 and 2 to companies preparing promotional materials of the ENERGETAB trade fair at the request of the Controller.
8. The person providing personal data is entitled to:
- request to access their personal data from the Controller;
- rectify, delete or limit processing of the data;
- file an opposition to processing;
- file a complaint to the supervisory body if he/she considers that his/her rights have been violated.
9. Planned data processing period: not specified.

§ 4 Other services and performances for Visitors
1. The folder of exhibitors participating in the fair, a trade fair guide and a fair daily can be sold or issued at the Visitor service outlets, the trade fair office, as well as by hostesses at the fair venue.
2. Professional Visitors can receive, along with an admission document, a package of additional performance (e.g. entry to special zones, events), specified in the Fair offer and presented on the ENERGETAB websites.
3. In order to facilitate the visit at the Fair, ZIAD introduces unified marking of exhibitor stands and presents the layout of stands on three boards located near the entrances to the fair and exhibitors' lists on the boards in front of individual pavilions.
4. Moving around the Fair venue is facilitated by a legible, graphical system of marking of pavilions and other facilities, as well as by providing the Visitors with maps of the Fair venue.

§ 5 Order regulations
1. Visitors may stay at the event venue only on dates and during the opening hours of the Fair.
2. Pavilions, stands or other exhibitions as well as passageways in pavilions and entrance doors to pavilions can be temporarily closed for organizational or security reasons and shall not be accessible to visitors at these times.
3. Photographing, filming and making drawings of individual stands and exhibits for commercial purposes shall require the prior consent of the stand user, i.e. the exhibitor. If the above activities may cause disruptions in the organization and proceeding of the Fair, ZIAD will order them to be stopped.
4. It is forbidden for Visitors to carry out any commercial, canvassing, advertising, promotional or agitation activities as well as cash collections not agreed with ZIAD, as well as actions that are not compliant with applicable law.
5. The following is forbidden on the exhibition premises of the fair venue:
a) bringing in and using weapons, ammunition and explosives as well as harmful chemical substances, open fire, materials posing fire hazard, property damage hazard and which endanger the health and life of people;
b) bringing in and consuming alcohol, as well as distribute and take intoxicants;
c) disturbing public order (e.g. loud, aggressive behavior);
d) bringing in animals (except for dogs assisting disabled people) as well as bicycles, skateboards, etc., unless permitted by ZIAD.
e) smoking tobacco products in exhibition pavilions, conference rooms and other facilities, with the exception of designated and specially marked areas);
f) contaminating pavilions and open areas with generated waste (drink and food packaging, cigarette ends, chewing gum, etc.);
g) destroying infrastructure (e.g. covering walls, floors with advertising leaflets) and vegetation on the fair venue;
h) leaning against stand construction elements, advertising constructions and other elements of space arrangement.
6. People who are clearly intoxicated with drugs or alcohol or trying to bring in alcohol, intoxicants or dangerous items will not be allowed to the venue.
7. In the event of non-compliance with the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 5, ZIAD reserves the right to immediately remove the Visitor from the venue of the event and prevent his/her re-entry, and in justified cases to call the Police.
8. It is forbidden to leave any items, including luggage or other property, unattended.
9. Objects and substances referred to in paragraph 5 item a) and items left unattended on the premises of the Fair (including car parks) referred to in paragraph 8 may, for security reasons, be removed or destroyed at the expense of the person leaving the items / substances by ZIAD or specialized forces, unless it cannot be determined who they belonged to. ZIAD shall not be responsible for this. If it is necessary to evacuate people from pavilions or venue of the fairs or other events, the costs of this evacuation will be charged to the persons who left these items.
10. Visitors are required to:
a) respect markings of traffic routes and no-traffic fire protection areas;
b) comply with road traffic regulations that apply in the traffic zones at the event venue;
c) remove generated waste and throw it into containers, marked in accordance with selective waste collection principles.
d) comply with orders of appropriate Fair services for organizational and security reasons (necessity to secure property and ensure the safety of persons staying at the venue), for example, ordering removal of one's items from the traffic route, regarding the evacuation of people from pavilions;
e) comply with the orders of the officers of Fire Brigade or other state forces during evacuations, rescue operations or control and reconnaissance activities.
11. Children under the age of 13 may stay at the event venue only under the care of adults (parents, guardians).

§ 6 Liability and insurance
1. ZIAD reserves the right to cancel, shorten or postpone the dates of the Fair and undertakes to inform about it on the Fair website, in good time, before the date of their commencement.
2. ZIAD shall not be liable for damage caused to Visitors by third parties or at the fault of the suffering party.
3. ZIAD shall not be liable for damage to Visitors due to force majeure (e.g. fire, explosion, lightning, wind, flooding) or by third parties or the fault of the suffering party.
4. ZIAD shall not be responsible for items (e.g. luggage) left unattended at the Fair. Visitors are not entitled to any claims for items left unattended due to their removal or destruction by ZIAD for security reasons (a real threat or a suspected threat to the safety of persons and property).
5. ZIAD shall not be liable for any damage suffered by Visitors as a result of non-compliance with instructions given by
ZIAD services in situations of threats to the safety of persons and property, e.g. in connection with the evacuation of people from the trade fair pavilion.
6. The exclusion of ZIAD's liability for the above reasons shall not affected by the security measures taken at the event venue (technical security, security service, monitoring, etc.)
7. The Visitor shall be obliged to secure the property they bring to the Fair venue (e.g. keys, documents, hand luggage, mobile phone, laptop, camera, etc.) against any damage or loss at their own expense and risk.
8. The Visitor shall be liable for causing damage at the Fair venue (e.g. damage to ZIAD property). The damage assessment shall be performed by ZIAD, if possible - in the presence of the Visitor or his/her representative, which will be confirmed in the relevant report.
9. The occurrence of damage to the property or to the Visitor should be notified to ZIAD and the Fair Security Manager (possibly the Police) immediately after its detection, which will be confirmed by an appropriate report.
10. The safety of children under the age of 13 staying at the event venue shall be the responsibility of their parents or guardians.

§ 7 Complaint procedure
1. Each Visitor shall be entitled to lodge a complaint related to the performance of the services specified in these Regulations by ZIAD.
2. Complaints of Visitors should be filed in writing and submitted during the Fair at one of the Fair Information outlets or the Fair Office, and later, up to 7 days after the end of the Fair, via e-mail to: wystawa@ziad.bielsko.pl or in a letter to the address of the registered offices of ZIAD.
3. The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of its submission at the Visitor's service point or its receipt by ZIAD by email or letter.
4. ZIAD reserves the right to extend the period specified in paragraph 3, if the consideration of the complaint should require additional clarification. ZIAD will make every effort to resolve complaints as soon as possible after the date of receipt.
5. The reply to the complaint will be sent electronically or by letter to the appropriate address provided by the Visitor.

§ 8 Final provisions
1. The Regulations shall be effective from September 1, 2018.
2. In matters not covered in the Regulations, the applicable provisions of law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
3. Any disputes between the Visitors and ZIAD, whose amicable solution proves impossible, will be submitted to the competent court of law.
4. For settling disputes with foreign contractors, the text of the Regulations in Polish shall be accepted as binding. The law applicable to the interpretation of the provisions of the Regulations shall be the law applicable in the Republic of Poland.
